Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Employment and Social Development, pursuant to subsection 6(2) of the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation Act, appoints Derek Ballantyne of Toronto, Ontario, to be Chairperson of the Board of Directors of Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation, to hold office during pleasure, on a part-time basis, for a term of five years, effective April 29, 2018.
