Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to sections 5 and 8 of the Canadian Food Inspection Agency Act, appoints France Pégeot of Ottawa, Ontario, to be Executive Vice-President of the Canadian Food Inspection Agency, to hold office during pleasure for a term of five years, and fixes her remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($192,600 - $226,500), effective January 2, 2018.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu des articles 5 et 8 de la Loi sur l’Agence canadienne d’inspection des aliments, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme France Pégeot, d’Ottawa (Ontario), première vice-présidente de l’Agence canadienne d’inspection des aliments, à titre amovible pour un mandat de cinq ans, et fixe sa rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle (192 600 $ – 226 500 $), à compter du 2 janvier 2018.
