                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the President of the Treasury Board, pursuant to subsection 340(1) of the Modernization of Benefits and Obligations Act, assented to on June 29, 2000, being chapter 12 of the Statutes of Canada, 2000, hereby fixes September 1, 2003 as the day on which sections 99 to 104, 243 to 247, 249 to 253, 292 and 294 of that Act come into force.

                     Sur recommandation de la présidente du Conseil du Trésor et en vertu du paragraphe 340(1) de la Loi sur la modernisation de certains régimes d’avantages et d’obligations, sanctionnée le 29 juin 2000, chapitre 12 des Lois du Canada (2000), Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil fixe au 1^er septembre 2003 la date d’entrée en vigueur des articles 99 à 104, 243 à 247, 249 à 253, 292 et 294 de cette loi.
