Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 12(2) of the Canada Infrastructure Bank Act, fixes the annual retainer and certain conditions of employment of directors of the Canada Infrastructure Bank, as set out in the annexed schedule, within the range ($40,000 - $50,000), effective November 16, 2017.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu du paragraphe 12(2) de la Loi sur la Banque de l’infrastructure du Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil fixe des honoraires annuels et certaines conditions d’emploi des administrateurs de la Banque de l’infrastructure du Canada, conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, dans l’échelle (40 000 $ – 50 000 $), à compter du 16 novembre 2017.
