Whereas the Minister of Public Works and Government Services has consulted the board of directors of Defence Construction (1951) Limited with respect to the appointment of Moreen Isabel Miller as Chairperson of the board of directors of Defence Construction (1951) Limited;

Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Public Works and Government Services, pursuant to section 105 of the Financial Administration Act, appoints Moreen Isabel Miller of Port Carling, Ontario, to be Chairperson of the board of directors of Defence Construction (1951) Limited, to hold office during pleasure for a term of five years.

À ces causes, sur recommandation de la ministre des Travaux publics et des Services gouvernementaux et en vertu de l’article 105 de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Moreen Isabel Miller, de Port Carling (Ontario), présidente du conseil d’administration de Construction de défense (1951) Limitée, à titre amovible pour un mandat de cinq ans.
