Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Fisheries and Oceans, pursuant to Article III of the Convention between Canada and the United States of America for the Preservation of the Halibut Fishery of the Northern Pacific Ocean and Bering Sea, reappoints Paul Ryall of Vancouver, British-Columbia, as a member of the International Pacific Halibut Commission, to hold office during pleasure for a term of two years, effective November 2, 2017.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Pêches et des Océans et en vertu de l’Article III de la Convention entre le Canada et les États-Unis d’Amérique pour la conservation de la pêche du flétan du Pacifique nord et de la mer de Béring, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme de nouveau Paul Ryall, de Vancouver (Colombie-Britannique), membre de la Commission internationale du flétan du Pacifique, à titre amovible pour une période de deux ans, à compter du 2 novembre 2017.
