Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry:

(a) pursuant to subsection 3(c) and sections 6 and 8 of the Standards Council of Canada Act, re-appoints Kathy Milsom of King, Ontario, as a member of the Standards Council of Canada, to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years;

(b) pursuant to subsection 7(1) of the Standards Council of Canada Act, designates Kathy Milsom as Chairperson of the Standards Council of Canada, to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years; and

(c) pursuant to subsection 9(1) of the Standards Council of Canada Act, fixes her remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which per diem is within the range ($490 - $575).

Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Industrie, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil :

a) en vertu du paragraphe 3(c) et des articles 6 et 8 de la Loi sur le Conseil canadien des normes, renouvelle le mandat de Kathy Milsom, de King (Ontario), conseillère du Conseil canadien des normes, à titre amovible pour une période de trois ans;

b) en vertu du paragraphe 7(1) de la Loi sur le Conseil canadien des normes, désigne Kathy Milsom au poste de présidente du Conseil canadien des normes, à titre amovible pour une période de trois ans;

c) en vertu du paragraphe 9(1) de la Loi sur le Conseil canadien des normes, fixe sa rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel taux journalier se situe dans l’échelle (490 $ – 575 $).
