Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport:

(a)  pursuant to sections 3 and 6 of the Transportation Appeal Tribunal of Canada Act, appoints Charles Stanley Sullivan of Ottawa, Ontario, to be a full-time member of the Transportation Appeal Tribunal of Canada, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of one year;

(b)  pursuant to section 4 of the Transportation Appeal Tribunal of Canada Act, designates Charles Stanley Sullivan as Vice-Chairperson of the Transportation Appeal Tribunal of Canada for a term of one year or until such time as a new Chairperson is appointed, whichever occurs first; and

(c)  pursuant to section 7 of the Transportation Appeal Tribunal of Canada Act, fixes his remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range GCQ 4.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil :

a)  en vertu des articles 3 et 6 de la Loi sur le Tribunal d’appel des transports du Canada, nomme Charles Stanley Sullivan, d’Ottawa (Ontario), conseiller à temps plein du Tribunal d’appel des transports du Canada, à titre inamovible pour un mandat d’un an;

b)  en vertu de l’article 4 de la Loi sur le Tribunal d’appel des transports du Canada, désigne Charles Stanley Sullivan, vice-président du Tribunal d’appel des transports du Canada pour un mandat d’un an ou jusqu’à ce qu’un nouveau président soit nommé, selon la première de ces éventualités;

c)  en vertu de l’article 7 de la Loi sur le Tribunal d’appel des transports du Canada, fixe sa rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 4.
