The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, advises that Terri A. MacPherson, of the City of Mermaid, in the Province of Prince Edward Island, one of Her Majesty’s Counsel learned in the law, be appointed a Judge of the Supreme Court of Prince Edward Island, and a Judge ex officio of the Prince Edward Island Court of Appeal.

Sur recommandation de la ministre de la Justice, le Comité du Conseil privé recommande que Terri A. MacPherson, de la ville de Mermaid dans la province de l’Île-du-Prince-Édouard, l’une des conseillères juridiques de Sa Majesté, soit nommée juge de la Cour suprême de l’Île-du-Prince-Édouard, et membre d’office de la Cour d’appel de l’Île-du-Prince-Édouard.
