Whereas the Chambre de commerce Haute-Yamaska et région has applied, pursuant to section 4 of the Boards of Trade Act, to change the boundaries of its district from the city of Granby, the municipality of Granby Township, the municipality of Sainte-Cécile-de-Milton, the municipality of Roxton Pond, the municipality of Saint-Alphonse-de-Granby, the municipality of Saint-Paul-d’Abbotsford, the city of Bromont and the city of Waterloo to Granby, Sainte-Cécile-de-Milton, Saint-Joachim-de-Shefford, Saint-Alphonse-de-Granby, Roxton Pond, Shefford, Waterloo and Warden;

Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry, pursuant to section 4 of the Boards of Trade Act, changes the boundaries of the district of the Chambre de commerce Haute-Yamaska et région from the city of Granby, the municipality of Granby Township, the municipality of Sainte-Cécile-de-Milton, the municipality of Roxton Pond, the municipality of Saint-Alphonse-de-Granby, the municipality of Saint-Paul-d’Abbotsford, the city of Bromont and the city of Waterloo to Granby, Sainte-Cécile-de-Milton, Saint-Joachim-de-Shefford, Saint-Alphonse-de-Granby, Roxton Pond, Shefford, Waterloo and Warden.

Attendu que la Chambre de commerce Haute-Yamaska et région a présenté une demande, en vertu de l’article 4 de la Loi sur les chambres de commerce, pour que les limites de son district soient changées de la ville de Granby, la municipalité de Sainte-Cécile-de-Milton, la municipalité de Roxton Pond, la municipalité de Saint-Alphonse-de-Granby, la municipalité de Saint-Paul-d’Abbotsford, la ville de Bromont et la ville de Waterloo à Granby, Sainte-Cécile-de-Milton, Saint-Joachim-de-Shefford, Saint-Alphonse-de-Granby, Roxton Pond, Shefford, Waterloo et Warden,

À ces causes, sur recommandation du ministre de l’Industrie et en vertu de l’article 4 de la Loi sur les chambres de commerce, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil change les limites du district de la Chambre de commerce Haute-Yamaska et région, de la ville de Granby, la municipalité de Sainte-Cécile-de-Milton, la municipalité de Roxton Pond, la municipalité de Saint-Alphonse-de-Granby, la municipalité de Saint-Paul-d’Abbotsford, la ville de Bromont et la ville de Waterloo à Granby, Sainte-Cécile-de-Milton, Saint-Joachim-de-Shefford, Saint-Alphonse-de-Granby, Roxton Pond, Shefford, Waterloo et Warden.
