Sur recommandation de la ministre de la Justice, le Comité du Conseil privé recommande que Vikas Khaladkar, de la ville de Sunnyside dans la province de Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador, avocat, soit nommé juge de la Section de première instance de la Cour suprême de Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador, et membre d’office de la Cour d’appel de la Cour suprême de Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador.

The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, advises that Vikas Khaladkar, of the Town of Sunnyside, in the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador, Barrister-at-law, be appointed a Judge of the Trial Division of the Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador, and a Judge ex officio of the Court of Appeal of the Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador.
