Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Canadian Heritage, pursuant to paragraph 48(2)(a) of the Broadcasting Act, approves that the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, as vendor, enter into an agreement of purchase and sale with Her Majesty The Queen, in right of the Province of Nova Scotia, as represented by the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal, as purchaser, to dispose of real property located at 1840 Bell Road, Halifax, Nova Scotia, for a total consideration in excess of four million dollars.

 

Sur recommandation de la ministre du Patrimoine canadien et en vertu du paragraphe 48(2) de la Loi sur la radiodiffusion, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil agrée la conclusion par la Société Radio-Canada, à titre de vendeur, d’une convention achat-vente avec Sa Majesté la Reine du chef de la province de la Nouvelle-Écosse, représentée par le ministre des Transports et du Renouvellement de l’infrastructure, à titre d’acheteur, en vue de l’aliénation de biens réels situés au 1840, rue Bell, à Halifax (Nouvelle-Écosse), pour une somme totale dépassant quatre millions de dollars.
