 Whereas the Chief Justice of the Tax Court of Canada has nominated the Honourable Randall S. Bocock, a Judge of the Tax Court of Canada, to be a member of the Independent Judicial Advisory Committee for the Tax Court of Canada;

Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to Order in Council P.C. 2017-10 of January 19, 2017, appoints the Honourable Randall S. Bocock, a member of the Independent Judicial Advisory Committee for the Tax Court of Canada, to hold office during pleasure for a term expiring on June 1, 2019.

Attendu que le juge en chef de la Cour canadienne de l’impôt a proposé que l’honorable Randall S. Bocock, juge de la Cour canadienne de l’impôt, soit nommé à titre de membre du Comité consultatif indépendant à la magistrature pour la Cour canadienne de l’impôt;

À ces causes, sur recommandation du premier ministre, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil, en vertu du décret C.P. 2017-10 du 19 janvier 2017, nomme l’honorable Randall S. Bocock, membre du Comité consultatif indépendant à la magistrature pour la Cour canadienne de l’impôt, à titre amovible pour un mandat se terminant le 1^er juin 2019.
