The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, advises that letters patent under the Great Seal of Canada be issued appointing Shirzad S. Ahmed of the City of Calgary, in the Province of Alberta, Barrister-at-law, to be a Judge of the Federal Court, and a member ex officio of the Federal Court of Appeal.
