His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to section 10 of the Canadian Air Transport Security Authority Act, appoints Marguerite France Anne Marie Nadeau, Q.C., of Ottawa, Ontario, to be Chairperson of the Canadian Air Transport Security Authority, to hold office during pleasure for a term of five years.
