His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Employment and Social Development, pursuant to paragraph 20(2)(c) and section 21 of the Department of Employment and Social Development Act, after consultation with organizations representative of workers, appoints Pierre Laliberté of Notre-Dame-de-la-Paix, Quebec, to be a Commissioner of the Canada Employment Insurance Commission representing workers, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of three years, effective October 3, 2017.

Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Emploi et du Développement social et en vertu de l’alinéa 20(2)c) et de l’article 21 de la Loi sur le ministère de l’Emploi et du Développement social, après consultation des organisations ouvrières, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme Pierre Laliberté, de Notre-Dame-de-la-Paix (Québec), commissaire de la Commission de l’assurance-emploi du Canada représentant les travailleurs et travailleuses, à titre inamovible pour un mandat de trois ans, à compter du 3 octobre 2017.
