His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance:

(a) pursuant to section 3 of the Bretton Woods and Related Agreements Act and section 2 of Article V of Schedule II to that Act, appoints Diane Jacovella, Deputy Minister of International Development, Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development, as Alternate Governor of the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development, to hold office during pleasure, in the place of Peter Boehm; and

(b) pursuant to section 3 of the Bretton Woods and Related Agreements Act and paragraph (b) of Article 31 of Schedule V to that Act, appoints Diane Jacovella, Deputy Minister of International Development, Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development, as Alternate Governor of the Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency, to hold office during pleasure, in the place of Peter Boehm.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Finances, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil :

a) en vertu de l’article 3 de la Loi sur les accords de Bretton Woods et des accords connexes et de la section 2 de l’Article V de l’annexe II de cette loi, nomme Diane Jacovella, sous-ministre du Développement international, ministère des Affaires étrangères, du Commerce et du Développement, au poste de gouverneure suppléante de la Banque internationale pour la reconstruction et le développement, à titre amovible en remplacement de Peter Boehm;

b) en vertu de l’article 3 de la Loi sur les accords de Bretton Woods et des accords connexes et de l’alinéa b) de l’Article 31 de l’annexe V de cette même loi, nomme Diane Jacovella, sous-ministre du Développement international, ministère des Affaires étrangères, du Commerce et du Développement, au poste de gouverneure suppléante de l’Agence multilatérale de garantie des investissements, à titre amovible, en remplacement de Peter Boehm.
