His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to section 153 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, fixes the remuneration of Michael Scott McCaffrey, full-time member of the Immigration and Refugee Board (Toronto Regional Office), for the period he is acting as Assistant Deputy Chairperson (Toronto Regional Office), at the rate set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range GCQ 4, effective March 20, 2017, until such time as a new Assistant Deputy Chairperson (Toronto Regional Office) is designated.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu de l’article 153 de la Loi sur l’immigration et la protection des réfugiés, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil fixe la rémunération de Michael Scott McCaffrey, commissaire à temps plein de la Commission de l’immigration et du statut de réfugié (Bureau régional de Toronto), pour la période pendant laquelle il agit à titre de vice-président adjoint (Bureau régional de Toronto), conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 4, à compter du 20 mars 2017, jusqu’à ce qu’un nouveau vice-président adjoint (Bureau régional de Toronto) soit désigné.
