                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, hereby authorizes that Minister to execute and issue, on behalf of the Government of Canada, the Instrument of Acceptance of the Amendment to Article VII.3 of the Agreement Establishing the International Institute for Democracy and Electoral Assistance, done at Stockholm, on February 27, 1995.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil autorise ce ministre à signer et à délivrer, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, l’instrument d’acceptation de l’amendement à l’article VII.3 de l’Accord instituant l’Institut international pour la démocratie et l’assistance électorale, conclu à Stockholm, le 27 février 1995.
