The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, advises that the Honourable Heather A. McArthur, a Judge of the Provincial Court of Ontario, be appointed a Judge of the Superior Court of Justice in and for the Province of Ontario, and a Judge ex officio of the Court of Appeal for Ontario.
