His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration, pursuant to paragraph 153(1)(a) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, appoints Juliet Lucy Knapton of Ottawa, Ontario, to be a full-time member of the Immigration and Refugee Board (Ottawa District Office), to hold office during good behaviour for a term of three years, effective December 4, 2017.
