His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry, pursuant to paragraph 3(2)(b) and subsections 5(2) and 5(3) of the Competition Tribunal Act, re-appoints Wiktor Askanas of Fredericton, New Brunswick, as a member of the Competition Tribunal, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of one year.
