His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 5(2) of the Canada Infrastructure Bank Act, designates the Greater Toronto Area, Ontario, as the place where the head office of the Canada Infrastructure Bank is to be located.

 

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu du paragraphe 5(2) de la Loi sur la Banque de l’infrastructure du Canada, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil désigne la région du Grand Toronto, en Ontario, comme le lieu du siège social de la Banque de l’infrastructure du Canada.
