His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Infrastructure, Communities and Intergovernmental Affairs, pursuant to subsections 8(3) and 12(2) of the Canada Infrastructure Bank Act, appoints Janice Rose Fukakusa of Toronto, Ontario, to be Chairperson of the board of directors of the Canada Infrastructure Bank, to hold office during pleasure, for a term of four years, and fixes her remuneration and other employment conditions as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($85,000 - $100,000).

Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Infrastructure, des Collectivités et des Affaires intergouvernementales et en vertu des paragraphes 8(3) et 12(2) de la Loi sur la Banque de l’infrastructure du Canada, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme Janice Rose Fukakusa, de Toronto (Ontario), présidente du conseil d’administration de la Banque de l’infrastructure du Canada, à titre amovible, pour un mandat de quatre ans, et fixe sa rémunération et ses autres conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle (85 000 $ – 100 000 $).
