Whereas the Minister of Justice has nominated Betty-Lou Souter to be a member of the Independent Judicial Advisory Committee for the Province of Ontario - West and South;

Therefore, His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to Order in Council P.C. 2017-10 of January 19, 2017, appoints Betty-Lou Souter of St. Catharines, Ontario, as a member of the Independent Judicial Advisory Committee for the Province of Ontario - West and South, to hold office during pleasure for a term expiring January 1, 2019.

À ces causes, sur recommandation du premier ministre, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil, en vertu du décret C.P. 2017-10 du 19 janvier 2017, nomme Betty-Lou Souter, de St. Catharines (Ontario), membre du Comité consultatif indépendant à la magistrature pour la province de l’Ontario - ouest et sud, à titre amovible pour un mandat se terminant le 1^er janvier 2019.
