 Whereas the Attorney General of Ontario has nominated Kuljit K. Bhamra to be a member of the Independent Judicial Advisory Committee for the Province of Ontario - West and South;

Therefore, His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to Order in Council P.C. 2011-10 of January 19, 2017, appoints Kuljit K. Bhamra of London, Ontario, as a member of the Independent Judicial Advisory Committee for the Province of Ontario - West and South, to hold office during pleasure for a term expiring January 1, 2019.

À ces causes, sur recommandation du premier ministre, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil, en vertu du décret C.P. 2017-10 du 19 janvier 2017, nomme Kuljit K. Bhamra, de London (Ontario), membre du Comité consultatif indépendant à la magistrature pour la province de l’Ontario - ouest et sud, à titre amovible pour un mandat se terminant le 1^er janvier 2019.
