 Whereas the Minister of Justice has nominated Normand G. Thériault to be a member of the Independent Judicial Advisory Committee for the Province of New Brunswick;

Therefore, His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to Order in Council P.C. 2017-10 of January 19, 2017, appoints Normand G. Thériault, of Sainte-Anne-de-Madawaska, New Brunswick, as a member of the Independent Judicial Advisory Committee for the Province of New Brunswick, to hold office during pleasure for a term expiring June 1, 2019.

Attendu que la ministre de la Justice a proposé que Normand G. Thériault soit nommé à titre de membre du Comité consultatif indépendant à la magistrature pour la province du Nouveau-Brunswick,

À ces causes, sur recommandation du premier ministre, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil, en vertu du décret C.P. 2017-10 du 19 janvier 2017, nomme Normand G. Thériault, de Sainte-Anne-de-Madawaska (Nouveau-Brunswick), membre du Comité consultatif indépendant à la magistrature pour la province du Nouveau-Brunswick, à titre amovible pour un mandat se terminant le 1^er juin 2019.
