 Whereas the Minister of Justice has nominated Hymie Weinstein, Q.C., to be a member of the Independent Judicial Advisory Committee for the Province of Manitoba;

Therefore, His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to Order in Council P.C. 2017-10 of January 19, 2017, appoints Hymie Weinstein, Q.C., of Winnipeg, Manitoba, as a member of the Independent Judicial Advisory Committee for the Province of Manitoba to hold office during pleasure for a term expiring March 1, 2019.

Attendu que la ministre de la Justice a proposé que Hymie Weinstein, c.r., soit nommé à titre de membre du Comité consultatif indépendant à la magistrature pour la province du Manitoba,

À ces causes, sur recommandation du premier ministre, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil, en vertu du décret C.P. 2017-10 du 19 janvier 2017, nomme Hymie Weinstein, c.r., de Winnipeg (Manitoba), membre du Comité consultatif indépendant à la magistrature pour la province du Manitoba, à titre amovible pour un mandat se terminant le 1^er mars 2019.
