His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister:

 

(a) pursuant to subsection 8(1) of the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development Act, appoints Diane Jacovella of Gatineau, Quebec, to be Associate Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, to hold office during pleasure;

(b) pursuant to subsection 8(2) of the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development Act, designates Diane Jacovella to be Deputy Minister for International Development to be styled Deputy Minister of International Development; and

(c) fixes her remuneration as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($221,300 - $260,300);

 

effective July 31, 2017.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil :

 

a) en vertu du paragraphe 8(1) de la Loi sur le ministère des Affaires étrangères, du Commerce et du Développement, nomme Diane Jacovella, de Gatineau (Québec) au poste de sous-ministre déléguée des Affaires étrangères, à titre amovible;

b) en vertu du paragraphe 8(2) de la Loi sur le ministère des Affaires étrangères, du Commerce et du Développement, désigne Diane Jacovella comme sous-ministre du Développement international;

c) fixe sa rémunération conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle

(221 300 $ – 260 300 $);
