 Whereas the Canadian Bar Association has nominated Diana K. Lee, Q.C., to be a member of the Independent Judicial Advisory Committee for the Province of Saskatchewan;

Therefore, His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to Order in Council P.C. 2017-10 of January 19, 2017, appoints Diana K. Lee, Q.C., of Regina, Saskatchewan, as a member of the Independent Judicial Advisory Committee for the Province of Saskatchewan to hold office during pleasure for a term expiring March 1, 2019.

Attendu que l’Association du Barreau canadien a proposé que Diana K. Lee, c.r., soit nommée à titre de membre du Comité consultatif indépendant à la magistrature pour la province de la Saskatchewan,

À ces causes, sur recommandation du premier ministre, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil, en vertu du décret C.P. 2017-10 du 19 janvier 2017, nomme Diana K. Lee, c.r., de Régina (Saskatchewan), membre du Comité consultatif indépendant à la magistrature pour la province de la Saskatchewan, à titre amovible, pour un mandat se terminant le 1^er mars 2019.
