 Whereas the Chief Justice of Saskatchewan has nominated the Honourable Brian A. Barrington-Foote, a Judge of Her Majesty’s Court of Queen’s Bench for Saskatchewan, to be a member of the Independent Judicial Advisory Committee for the Province of Saskatchewan;

Therefore, His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to Order in Council P.C. 2017-10 of January 19, 2017, appoints the Honourable Brian A. Barrington-Foote as a member of the Independent Judicial Advisory Committee for the Province of Saskatchewan to hold office during pleasure for a term expiring March 1, 2019.

Attendu que le juge en chef de la Saskatchewan a proposé que l’honorable Brian A. Barrington-Foote, juge de la Cour du Banc de la Reine de la Saskatchewan, soit nommé à titre de membre du Comité consultatif indépendant à la magistrature pour la province de la Saskatchewan,

À ces causes, sur recommandation du premier ministre, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil, en vertu du décret C.P. 2017-10 du 19 janvier 2017, nomme l’honorable Brian A. Barrington-Foote, membre du Comité consultatif indépendant à la magistrature pour la province de la Saskatchewan, à titre amovible pour un mandat se terminant le 1^er mars 2019.
