The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, advises that the Honourable Jocelyn F. Rancourt, a Puisne Judge of the Superior Court for the district of Québec, in and for the Province of Quebec, be appointed a Puisne Judge of the Court of Appeal in and for the Province of Quebec, with residence in the territory of Ville de Québec or in the immediate vicinity thereof.

Sur recommandation de la ministre de la Justice, le Comité du Conseil privé recommande que l’honorable Jocelyn F. Rancourt, juge de la Cour supérieure du Québec pour le district de Québec, soit nommé juge de la Cour d’appel du Québec, avec résidence sur le territoire de la Ville de Québec, ou dans le voisinage immédiat de ce territoire.
