His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture and Agri-Food, pursuant to section 4.1 of the Canada Agricultural Products Act, appoints Luc Bélanger of Gatineau, Quebec, to be Chairperson of the Canada Agricultural Review Tribunal, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of five years, effective July 17, 2017.

Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Agriculture et de l’Agroalimentaire et en vertu de l’article 4.1 de la Loi sur les produits agricoles au Canada, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme Luc Bélanger, de Gatineau (Québec), président de la Commission de révision agricole du Canada, à titre inamovible pour un mandat de cinq ans, à compter du 17 juillet 2017.
