His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to section 105 of the Financial Administration Act, approves the appointment by the Minister of Transport of Stanley Ross Goldsworthy of Calgary, Alberta, to be a director of the Board of Directors of VIA Rail Canada Inc., to hold office during pleasure for a term of four years, in the place of William M. Wheatley, whose term has expired.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et en vertu de l’article 105 de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil approuve la nomination par le ministre des Transports de Stanley Ross Goldsworthy, de Calgary (Alberta), administrateur du conseil d’administration de VIA Rail Canada Inc., à titre amovible pour un mandat de quatre ans, en remplacement de William M. Wheatley dont le mandat a pris fin.
