His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to section 105 of the Financial Administration Act, approves the appointment by the Minister of Transport of Daniel Francis Gallivan, Q.C., of Halifax, Nova Scotia, to be a director of the Board of Directors of VIA Rail Canada Inc., to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years, in the place of David Hoff, whose term has expired.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et en vertu de l’article 105 de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil approuve la nomination par le ministre des Transports de Daniel Francis Gallivan, c.r., d’Halifax (Nouvelle-Écosse), administrateur du conseil d’administration de VIA Rail Canada Inc., à titre amovible pour un mandat de trois ans, en remplacement de David Hoff dont le mandat a pris fin.
