His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, in consultation with the classes of users mentioned in the letters patent, pursuant to paragraph 14(1)(d) of the Canada Marine Act, appoints Catherine Irene McLay of Surrey, British Columbia, to be a director of the Vancouver Fraser Port Authority, to hold office for a term of three years, in the place of Timothy John Chapman, whose term has expired.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports, en consultation avec les catégories d’utilisateurs mentionnées dans les lettres patentes, et en vertu de l’alinéa 14(1)d) de la Loi maritime du Canada, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme Catherine Irene McLay, de Surrey (Colombie-Britannique), administratrice de l’Administration portuaire de Vancouver Fraser, pour un mandat de trois ans, en remplacement de Timothy John Chapman dont le mandat a pris fin.
