His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources, pursuant to section 105 of the Financial Administration Act, approves the appointment by the Minister of Natural Resources of Philip Jennings of Ottawa, Ontario, as a director of Atomic Energy of Canada Limited, to hold office during pleasure for a term of two years, in the place of Bob Hamilton, whose term has expired.
