His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry, pursuant to sections 3, 6 and 10 of the National Research Council Act, re-appoints Stephen T. Mooney of Whitehorse, Yukon, as a member of the National Research Council of Canada, to hold office during pleasure for a term of nine months.
