His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry, pursuant to subsections 5(1) and 6(4) of the Business Development Bank of Canada Act, approves the appointment by the Minister of Industry of Tracey Scarlett of Edmonton, Alberta, to be a director of the Board of Directors of the Business Development Bank of Canada, to hold office during pleasure for a term of four years, effective October 1, 2017.

Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Industrie et en vertu des paragraphes 5(1) et 6(4) de la Loi sur la Banque de développement du Canada, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil approuve la nomination, par le ministre de l’Industrie, de Tracey Scarlett, d’Edmonton (Alberta), administratrice du conseil d’administration de la Banque de développement du Canada, à titre amovible pour un mandat de quatre ans, à compter du 1^er octobre 2017.
