His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry, pursuant to subsections 5(1) and 6(4) of the Business Development Bank of Canada Act, approves the appointment by the Minister of Industry of Brian O’Neil of Toronto, Ontario, to be a director of the Board of Directors of the Business Development Bank of Canada, to hold office during pleasure for a term of four years.
