Whereas Export Development Canada proposes to carry on any business or activity for the period beginning on January 1, 2017 and ending on December 31, 2021 in a manner that is not consistent with the last corporate plan that was approved by Order in Council P.C. 2016-1179 of December 16, 2016;
Whereas Export Development Canada has submitted an amendment to that corporate plan for approval in accordance with subsection 122(1) of the Financial Administration Act;
And whereas the Minister of Finance, pursuant to subsection 127(2) of that Act, has required that his recommendation, in addition to that of the Minister for International Trade, be obtained before the amended corporate plan is submitted to the Governor in Council for approval;
Therefore, His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister for International Trade, in consultation with the Minister of International Development, and on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to subsections 122(1) and (6) of the Financial Administration Act, approves the amended corporate plan of Export Development Canada for the period beginning on January 1, 2017 and ending on December 31, 2021.
Attendu que Exportation et développement Canada se propose d’exercer une activité pour la période commençant le 1er janvier 2017 et se terminant le 31 décembre 2021 d’une façon incompatible avec le dernier plan approuvé par le décret C.P. 2016-1179 du 16 décembre 2016;
Attendu que Exportation et développement Canada a soumis pour approbation un projet de modification de ce dernier plan en vertu du paragraphe 122(1) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques;
Attendu que le ministre des Finances, en vertu du paragraphe 127(2) de cette loi, a exigé que sa recommandation, en plus de celle du ministre du Commerce international, accompagne le plan d’entreprise modifié soumis au gouverneur en conseil pour approbation,
À ces causes, sur recommandation du ministre du Commerce international, en consultation avec la ministre du Développement international, et sur recommandation du ministre des Finances, et en vertu des paragraphes 122(1) et (6) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil approuve le plan d’entreprise modifié d’Exportation et développement Canada pour la période commençant le 1er janvier 2017 et se terminant le 31 décembre 2021.
