His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development sets apart for the use and benefit of the Red Rock Indian Band as an addition to Lake Helen Indian Reserve No. 53A in Ontario, the land described in the attached schedule, consisting of approximately 8.86 hectares (21.89 acres), more or less, including mines and minerals.


 

Sur recommandation de la ministre des Affaires indiennes et du Nord canadien, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil met de côté à l’usage et au profit de la bande indienne de Red Rock, à titre d’ajout à Lake Helen Indian Reserve n° 53A, en Ontario, les terres délimitées à l’annexe ci-jointe, lesquelles sont constituées d’environ 8,86 hectares (21,89 acres), mines et minéraux compris.

 

 


SCHEDULE

In the Province of Ontario, in the Territorial District of Thunder Bay, in the Geographic Township of Nipigon, more particularly described as follows:

 

FIRSTLY:

 

Part of Lot 15, Concession 1, being Parts 1 and 8 on Plan 55R-3529 deposited in the Land Titles Office of Thunder Bay in Thunder Bay, a copy of which is recorded in the Canada Lands Surveys Records at Ottawa as Plan 98620, containing 8.86 hectares, more or less;

 

TOGETHER WITH:

 

A right of way over Portions of Lot 14, Concession 1 Township of Nipigon being Parts 7 and 9 shown on the said plan.

Partie du lot 15, concession 1, étant les Parties 1 et 8 sur le Plan 55R-3529 déposé au bureau d’enregistrement des droits immobiliers de Thunder Bay à Thunder Bay, et dont une copie a été enregistrée dans les Archives d’arpentage des terres du Canada à Ottawa sous le numéro de Plan 98620, contenant une superficie de 8,86 hectares, plus au moins;

 

AINSI QUE :

 

Un droit de passage sur les parties du lot 14, concession 1 Canton de Nipigon étant les Parties 7 et 9 tel que montrées sur ledit plan.
