His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of the Environment, pursuant to sections 4 and 5 of the Canada Water Act, approves that the Minister of the Environment enter, on behalf of the Government of Canada, into a supplementary agreement with the Government of Quebec to amend the Canada–Quebec Agreement on the St. Lawrence 2011–2026 entered into on January 9, 2012, substantially in accordance with the annexed draft supplementary agreement.
Sur recommandation de la ministre de l’Environnement et en vertu des articles 4 et 5 de la Loi sur les ressources en eau du Canada, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil approuve que la ministre de l’Environnement, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, conclue avec le gouvernement du Québec un avenant à l’Entente Canada-Québec sur le Saint-Laurent 2011-2026 conclue le 9 janvier 2012, conforme en substance au projet d’avenant ci-joint.
