His Excellency the Governor General in Council, considering that it is in the public interest to do so, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development and the Treasury Board, pursuant to subsection 23(2.1) of the Financial Administration Act, remits the following amounts, resulting from on-reserve housing ministerial loan guarantees:

 

(a) to Long Lake No. 58 First Nation, the amount of $130,168.15 and all relevant interest payable on that amount;

 

(b) to Ochiichagwe'babigo'ining First Nation, the amount of $302,728.73 and all relevant interest payable on that amount;

 

(c) to Gull Bay First Nation, the amount of $1,119,318.52 and all relevant interest payable on that amount;

 

(d) to Kashechewan First Nation, a community associated with the Albany First Nation, the amount of $1,755,915.79 and all relevant interest payable on that amount;

 

(e) to Ginoogaming First Nation, the amount of $1,095,091.85 and all relevant interest payable on that amount; and

 

(f) to the Wabaseemoong Independent Nations, the amount of $2,047,782.29 and all relevant interest payable on that amount.

 


 

Sur recommandation de la ministre des Affaires indiennes et du Nord canadien et du Conseil du Trésor et en vertu du paragraphe 23(2.1) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil, estimant que l’intérêt public le justifie, fait remise des sommes ci-après résultant de garanties d’emprunt ministérielles pour des logements dans des réserves :

 

a) à la Première Nation Long Lake no 58, la somme de 130 168,15 $, ainsi que les intérêts afférents à payer;

 

b) à la Première Nation Ochiichagwebabigoining, la somme de 302 728,73 $, ainsi que les intérêts afférents à payer;

 

c) à la première nation Gull Bay, la somme de 1 119 318,52 $, ainsi que les intérêts afférents à payer;

 

d) à la première nation Kashechewan, une communauté associée avec la première nation Albany, la somme de 1 755 915,79 $, ainsi que les intérêts afférents à payer;

 

e) à la Première Nation Ginoogaming, la somme de 1 095 091,85 $, ainsi que les intérêts afférents à payer;

 

f) aux Nations Indépendantes Wabaseemoong, la somme de 2 047 782,29 $, ainsi que les intérêts afférents à payer.
