His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph 127.1(1)(c) of the Public Service Employment Act and Orders in Council P.C. 2014-615 of May 27, 2014 and P.C. 2016-750 of August 23, 2016, re-appoints Susan O’Sullivan of Ottawa, Ontario, as special adviser to the Minister of Justice, to be known as the Federal Ombudsman for Victims of Crime, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of three months, and fixes her remuneration as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range GCQ 4, effective August 16, 2017.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu de l’alinéa 127.1(1)c) de la Loi sur l’emploi dans la fonction publique et des décrets C.P. 2014-615 du 27 mai 2014 et C.P. 2016-750 du 23 août 2016, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil renouvelle le mandat de Susan O’Sullivan, d’Ottawa (Ontario), conseillère spéciale de la ministre de la Justice, devant porter le titre d’ombudsman fédéral des victimes d’actes criminels, à titre inamovible pour une période de trois mois, et fixe sa rémunération conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 4, à compter du 16 août 2017.
