His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Canadian Heritage, after consultation with the Board of Directors of the Canadian Race Relations Foundation, pursuant to sections 9 and 11 of the Canadian Race Relations Foundation Act, appoints Lilian Yan Yan Ma of Toronto, Ontario, to be Executive Director of the Canadian Race Relations Foundation, to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years, and fixes her remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range CEO 1 ($124,700 - $146,700), effective August 1, 2017.
