His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, authorizes the Minister of Foreign Affairs
(a) to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, subject to ratification, the Protocol amending the Agreement between the Government of Canada and the Government of the United Mexican States on Air Transport of 18 February 2014; or
(b) to execute and issue an Instrument of Full Powers authorizing François-Philippe Champagne, Minister for International Trade; Marc Garneau, Minister of Transport; Pierre Alarie, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Canada to the United Mexican States; or David Morrison, Assistant Deputy Minister – Americas and Chief Development Officer, to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, subject to ratification, the Protocol amending the Agreement between the Government of Canada and the Government of the United Mexican States on Air Transport of 18 February 2014.
Sur recommandation de la ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil autorise celle-ci :
a) soit à signer, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, sous réserve de ratification, le Protocole amendant l’Accord entre le gouvernement du Canada et le gouvernement des États-Unis du Mexique sur le transport aérien du 18 février 2014;
b) soit à signer et à délivrer un instrument de pleins pouvoirs autorisant François-Phillipe Champagne, ministre du Commerce international, Marc Garneau, ministre des Transports, Pierre Alarie, ambassadeur extraordinaire et plénipotentiaire du Canada auprès des États-Unis du Mexique, ou David Morrison, sousministre
adjoint – Amériques et dirigeant principal du développement, à signer, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, sous réserve de ratification, le Protocole amendant l’Accord entre le gouvernement du Canada et le gouvernement des États-Unis du Mexique sur le transport aérien du 18 février 2014.
