His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs authorizes the Minister of Foreign Affairs:

(a) to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, subject to ratification, the Acts of the XXIII Congress of the Postal Union of the Americas, Spain and Portugal; or

(b) to execute and issue an Instrument of Full Powers authorizing Stephen Reid Johnson, Director, International Relations, Canada Post Corporation, or Jorge Gutierrez Connelly, Manager, International Business Development, Canada Post Corporation, to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, subject to ratification, the Acts of the XXIII Congress of the Postal Union of the Americas, Spain and Portugal.

Sur recommandation de la ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil autorise celle-ci :

a) soit à signer, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, sous réserve de ratification, les Actes du XXIII congrès de l’Union postale des Amériques, de l’Espagne et du Portugal;

b) soit à signer et à délivrer un instrument de pleins pouvoirs autorisant Stephen Reid Johnson, Directeur, Relations internationales à la Société canadienne des postes, ou Jorge Gutierrez Connelly, Gestionnaire, Développement du commerce international à la Société canadienne des postes, à signer, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, sous réserve de ratification, les Actes du XXIII congrès de l’Union postale des Amériques, de l’Espagne et du Portugal.
