The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, advise that, pursuant to subsections 75(3) and 76(1) of the Parliament of Canada Act, a commission under the Great Seal of Canada do issue appointing Hugh Alan Finsten, Esquire, of the City of Ottawa, in the Province of Ontario, to be Associate Parliamentary Librarian to hold office during pleasure, and fixes his salary at the rate set out in the schedule hereto, which salary is within the range ($105,600 - $124,200).

Sur recommandation du premier ministre, le Comité du Conseil privé recommande, en vertu des paragraphes 75(3) et 76(1) de la Loi sur le Parlement du Canada, qu'une commission, sous le grand sceau du Canada soit émise nommant monsieur Hugh Alan Finsten, de la ville d'Ottawa, dans la province de l'Ontario, en qualité de bibliothécaire parlementaire adjoint, à titre amovible, et fixe son traitement au taux spécifié à l'annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l'échelle (105 600 $ - 124 200 $).
