His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, pursuant to paragraph 2(a) of the Appropriation Act No. 1, 2017–18, reappoints Jean-Baptiste Le Jariel as Honorary Consul of Canada at Lyon, the French Republic, for a period of one year, and fixes his honorarium at the rate set out in the annexed schedule, which honorarium is within the range ($1,500 - $5,000), such appointment to be terminated by either the Minister of Foreign Affairs or Jean-Baptiste Le Jariel, giving the other party a sixty-day written notice.

 

   Sur recommandation de la ministre des Affaires étrangères et en vertu de l’alinéa 2a) de la Loi de crédits n^o 1 pour 2017-2018, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme de nouveau Jean-Baptiste Le Jariel au poste de consul honoraire du Canada à Lyon (République française), pour une période d’un an et fixe ses honoraires au taux figurant à l’annexe ci-jointe, lesquels honoraires se situent dans l’échelle

(1 500 $ – 5 000 $). La ministre des Affaires étrangères ou Jean-Baptiste Le Jariel peut mettre fin à la nomination en remettant un avis écrit de soixante jours à l’autre partie.
